The CLASSIC BULLSEYE program operates a half dozen circular antenna arrays to eavesdrop on radio signals. This is the array at the Naval Radio Station in San Diego.

GPS has made this system obsolete...... this radio post has been abandodned for years.

Actually it was a HF-DF site. Used for direction finding. This site is still active. Used for intel work.
